About Chef Ann Marie

From my kitchen to yours...

Hi there, I’m Chef Ann Marie, MS - founder of 3 Whole Plates and a lifelong advocate for nourishing food that truly supports well-being.


With a Nutrition-Focused Culinary Degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute (now ICE’s Plant-Based Culinary Arts Program), a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences, and over a decade as a Certified Health Coach, I blend culinary creativity with evidence-based nutrition to help people reclaim their kitchens and their health.


My professional journey began in 2012, driven by a deep love of cooking and an equally strong desire to understand the science behind how food affects our bodies. I honed my craft in plant-based cuisine while apprenticing under Chef Chloe Coscarelli for six years, contributing to widely recognized cookbooks, restaurant concepts, and major culinary events. This experience gave me the foundation to create vibrant, functional meals that taste amazing and work for real life.


Along the way, I’ve worked in fast-paced restaurant kitchens, taught hands-on cooking classes, developed holistic nutrition programs, and supported clients from all walks of life. Whether it’s simplifying meal planning for busy families or helping individuals navigate specific dietary needs, my approach is always the same: make it simple, make it nourishing, and make it delicious.
