Hi there! I'm Chef Ann Marie, owner of 3 Whole Plates. With a Nutrition-Focused Culinary Degree, a decade of experience as a Certified Health Coach, and an MS in Clinical Nutrition, I'm passionate about helping people get back into their kitchens. My goal is to make cooking simple, nourishing, and delicious so every meal is both enjoyable and functional.
My journey into food and health began in 2012 when I enrolled in the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health-Supportive Culinary Arts (now ICE’s Plant-Based Culinary Arts Program) to merge my love of cooking with evidence-based nutrition. My passion for cooking took off when I apprenticed under Chef Chloe Coscarelli for 6 years, helping to develop cookbooks, restaurant menus, and fast-casual vegan concepts. Working in restaurant kitchens and participating in major culinary events allowed me to refine my skills in creating flavorful, plant-forward meals with high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients.
Fueled by a deep desire to understand the science behind food and health, I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences, strengthening my expertise in the physiological impact of food. Now, as the Co-Founder & Culinary Director of Prosperum Health, LLC, I merge culinary skills with clinical nutrition, guiding individuals and families in creating balanced, nourishing meals that support energy and longevity.
