Hi there, I'm Ann Marie. I'm the founder of 3 Whole Plates Nutrition Practice and Cooking School. I'm a mom, Professional Chef, Nutritionist (in training), and Certified Health Coach and this is a little more about me.
I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, which is now part of the award-winning Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. I chose The Natural Gourmet Institute for their holistic approach to plant-based, nutrition-minded cooking.
For several years I had the pleasure of working with Natural Gourmet Alumni Chef Chloe Coscarelli. I assisted in developing recipes for 3 cookbooks, 2 restaurants and countless events and appearances. During my time in the professional kitchen I learned so much about cooking with sustainable, health-supportive ingredients, and the importance of knowing where our food comes from and how it is sourced.
I love being in a professional kitchen but bringing what I learned into the home kitchen to help people feel better on a more personal level was equally as exciting to me. I went back to school for a Health Coach Certification and am currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition. Helping people feel their best using simple, whole food ingredients was the impetus of 3 Whole Plates Nutrition Practice and Cooking School.
